Webstability processes personal data in line with GDPR/RGPD. Data collected: name and email address (login and invoicing), Plausible analytics (anonymised, EU-hosted), invoicing data (Stripe). Retention: account data up to 30 days after cancellation, tax data 7 years as required by law. Sub-processors: Vercel, Neon, Stripe, Plausible, Resend, Better Stack, Sentry. Right of access, correction and deletion: email hello@webstability.eu. DSAR requests are handled within 30 days as per GDPR art. 12.
