What does a business system cost?

Does it work if I'm based in Spain?

Yes. For clients with a Spanish entity, the panel can be built Verifactu-compliant (mandatory from July 2025), with automatic generation of modelo 303 and 130. It isn't a separate package — if you need Spanish invoicing, it's included.

Question 3

Does it connect to my bookkeeping?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On the NL side I connect to e-Boekhouden, Moneybird or Exact; on the ES side to Holded. Invoices flow through automatically — you don't have to retype anything. If you work in both countries, the system can split invoices by customer or unit.

Question 4

Does the system work in two languages?

Accepted Answer

Yes, NL+ES is standard. Your guest books in their own language and gets confirmations, contracts and invoices in the same language. For rental operators on the Costa Brava, DE is also available on request — for German guests. No English as a fallback.

Why a subscription and not separate quotes?

Separate quotes per addition push the risk onto you: every small wish becomes a money conversation. On a subscription, the conversation is about what you need, not how many hours go in. If something takes longer than expected, that's my problem — not your invoice.

What if I want to cancel?

Sure, monthly, no reason needed. Custom builds have a minimum term equal to the build period (logical — I need to finish it). After that, just monthly. Your code, your data and your domain stay yours, also after you leave.

What if I want to upgrade or downgrade mid-term?

Anytime. Upgrades take effect from the next invoice, downgrades from the month after. No drama, no 'we'll schedule it for next quarter'.

Everything: build, premium hosting (NL/EU edge), monitoring, daily backups, security updates, maintenance and continued development. For clients with a Spanish entity, also Verifactu compliance and automatic modelo 303 + 130. One fixed monthly fee, no extra invoices. New features get added inside the subscription — no quotes per change.

How long does the build take?

First working version within four weeks of intake. That's not 'the whole business digitised' — it's the core: the few things that hurt the most right now, built well. After that the system grows inside the subscription, incrementally.

Who has access to my customer data?

Accepted Answer

Only you and the people you grant access. Hosting runs on NL/EU edge (GDPR-compliant), daily backups, no third parties looking at the data. The code repo is private and stays yours.

What if you stop or become unavailable?

Accepted Answer

Your system keeps running — it's your code, on your domain, with providers (Vercel, Neon, Stripe) that are replaceable. The handover clause gives you a list of developers who can take it over, plus full documentation. Not 'lock-in until I'm here forever'.
