Every language, an invoice
With an outside translator you pay from €35–50 per language, and again with every menu change.
The price of a digital menu
There are free QR menus, paid menus that are only the menu, and complete software that carries the lot. The difference is not the QR: it is what you keep paying on the side — translations, reprints, an ordering system and your team's hours. Here are the three levels on the market and what Webstability costs: €39, €79 or €149 a month excl. VAT, with 30 days free and no card.

For the working day
A free generator costs €0 and does one thing: it puts your PDF behind a QR. Every price change goes back through the computer and the printer. A paid standalone QR menu looks good on a phone, but the translations, the checked allergens and the ordering system are still on you. Complete software carries all of it inside the same fee: at Webstability, €39, €79 or €149 a month excl. VAT.
What you pay and what you stop payingFrom menu to live
Translations: a professional translator charges from €35–50 plus VAT per menu and per language, and you pay again every time you change a dish. Here all six languages come with it.
Reprints: reprinting and laminating menus starts at €45 a run, several times a year after a price rise or a change of season. Here you change the price in your panel and print nothing.
Ordering and kitchen: a table ordering system with a kitchen panel sells on its own for €99 to €199 a month. On Pro, for €79 a month, it is already there.
Your team's hours: every menu redone, every translation given out loud at the table and every allergen confirmed from memory is time your floor team loses. Add it up and put it next to €39, €79 or €149 a month on the pricing page.
What your team controls
Webstability is not a cheaper QR menu: it is what you stop paying for separately. The market figures on this page are public rates for translation, printing and ordering software in Spain, checked in August 2026; the Webstability prices — €39, €79 and €149 a month excl. VAT — are broken down on the pricing page, with 30 days free and no card.

FAQ
With Webstability it is €39 a month on Starter, €79 on Pro and €149 on Premium, excl. VAT. That covers the menu, the six languages ES · CA · NL · EN · DE · FR, the 14 allergens and every change you make; table ordering with the kitchen panel comes in from Pro. You try it for 30 days free, with no card.
Because it is not only the menu. With a standalone menu the translations stay outside (from €35–50 per language, and again with every change), and so do the reprints (from €45 a run) and the ordering system with the kitchen (€99–199 a month separately). Added up, complete software comes in under the sum of the parts.
Yes: all 14 that must be declared, in the six languages and on every plan. The duty to inform comes from Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 and Spain's Real Decreto 126/2015, but the fines are not set by that European regulation — they come from the Spanish Ley 17/2011: €5,000 to €25,000 for minor breaches, €25,001 to €100,000 for serious ones and €100,001 to €600,000 for very serious ones.
