Choosing an existing menu source
Upload your existing menu, review what was found and publish only when prices, languages and visibility are correct.

01

Prepare one reliable source

Use the most current menu. A sharp PDF or straight photo with readable prices creates less correction work than several mixed versions.

  1. 1Remove old pages and duplicate specials.
  2. 2Check that prices and categories are readable.
  3. 3Choose the guest languages you need.

02

Review before publishing

Import never publishes automatically. Check categories and dishes, especially decimals, allergens, missing descriptions and uncertain translations.

  1. 1Resolve “Review needed” items first.
  2. 2Hide dishes that are not ready.
  3. 3Preview the public menu on mobile.

03

Publish one reviewed version

Publish only when visible items are correct. The permanent QR link keeps working for every later menu change.
