Why engraving works
You engrave once. You change the menu a thousand times.
Your QR is generated once and then stays fixed; what changes is the menu behind it — prices, dishes, languages. Engraving a code that expires would be a waste of wood. Engraving a permanent code is an investment you never repeat.
