TranslationsA professional translator charges from €35–50 per menu per language, and you pay again with every change. Here: six languages included, reviewed by you, no cost per change.
ReprintsReprinting and laminating menus costs from €45 per run, several times a year for price or season changes. Here: you change the price in your panel and the engraved QR is never reprinted.
Ordering and kitchenA table-ordering system with a kitchen screen costs €99–199 per month on the market. In Pro (€79/month) it is included.
Your team's timeEvery menu change, spoken translation or allergen confirmed from memory is floor time. One person maintains everything from the panel.

Questions before choosing
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Your menu and QR codes stay in place when you move to a higher plan.
Can I start without ordering?
Yes. Starter gives you a multilingual menu without ordering or a kitchen workflow.
What happens after thirty days?
You start without a charge or payment method. To continue, activate your chosen monthly plan securely in Stripe by the end of day 30. Without activation, software access pauses.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. Manage your plan, payment method, invoices and cancellation in the secure Stripe customer portal.
What does Premium Care do?
Premium Care is an optional service for menu updates, translation review and periodic quality checks. The software remains fully self-service.
Is print material included?
No. Once your QR locations are ready, configure physical fixtures separately from EUR 99 excluding VAT.
