Pilot

Cancelling
With one month's notice. Running clients keep working; we agree per client who takes over the management.
Exclusivity
None. You keep building whatever you like, and we may work with other agencies too.
Ownership
The product and the code stay with Webstability. The data belongs to your client and can always be exported.
Support
You're the first point of contact. We're the second line for technical issues, within one working day.
Questions from agencies
Can I set it up myself?
Yes. In your partner account you create a form for each client: name, colour, logo, question set and notification address. You copy the code to your client's site and see the requests per client. Rather we did it? Email Laurens.
Who is the customer?
You are. Your client buys from you and gets your invoice. Webstability works in the background.
Do my client's customers see Webstability?
The request form is in your client's name and colour. We set up confirmation emails in their name during the pilot. At the bottom, in small print, it says: Powered by Webstability.
Who owns the data?
Your client. They can export everything. We only process the data for the request form and the work panel, under a data processing agreement.
I build my own CRM. Does this still fit?
Yes. Webstability makes sure the request comes in complete. All work orders can be exported as CSV, so you can put them into your own CRM or accounting software.
What if I want to stop?
You cancel with one month's notice. Running clients keep working; we agree per client who takes over the management.
Which languages does it work in?
In English, Spanish, German and Dutch: the form, the work panel and the notification email. Your client's customer chooses, or the form follows the language of their phone.
Do I have to work with you exclusively?
No. You keep building whatever you like, and we may work with other agencies too.
