Business optimisation

More time for your business. More out of what you already have.

We look with you at how work in your business really flows: from the first customer question to planning, delivery and invoicing. Together we find where time gets lost, information stalls or opportunities slip away. Then we set up the improvements that genuinely help your team.

  • No website needed
  • No account needed
  • What works, stays
Example of a workflow
  1. A request comes in
  2. The right colleague gets it
  3. A follow-up task is ready
  4. Invoice prepared
A possibility we explore together first, not an existing integration.

Busy enough. But does the work flow smoothly?

Most businesses work hard. Things tend to go wrong between the steps: between a customer’s question and the planning, between the job and the invoice.

  • Typing things in twice

The same details move from email to calendar to spreadsheet. By hand every time, with a chance of a mistake every time.

  • Follow-ups that stall

A quote goes out and nobody calls back. A request arrives on a busy day and gets buried.

  • Knowledge in one head

One colleague knows how it works. When they are away, the work stops or someone starts over.

What you get out of it. Honest and measurable.

  • A clear picture of how the work really flows today.
  • A proposal with improvements, priorities and an estimated impact.
  • One improved process that your team actually uses.
  • A measurement before and after, so you can see what it brings.

We don’t promise savings or revenue up front. We measure what it brings, together.

How it works. Six steps, at your pace.

Personal and step by step. After each step, you decide whether we continue.

  1. A conversation

About your goals and where things get stuck. No account, and no website needed.

  2. Seeing the work

We shadow the work or run a session with the people who do it. We map the systems and the manual steps.

  3. A concrete proposal

Improvements with priorities, an estimated impact, the dependencies and a tailored cost indication.

  4. One process as a pilot

We start small: one well-defined process that we improve together.

  5. Using it and measuring

We help your team work with it and measure what changed, using the same yardstick as before.

  6. Only expanding what works

What clearly helps, we expand. What doesn’t, we let go.

What we can measure

  • How often something is entered twice
  • How quickly a customer gets an answer
  • How many follow-ups stall
  • How long a job takes, from question to invoice
  • How many requests turn into orders

For every measurement we record the period and the source. More revenue can be an outcome, but it is not a promise.

What we can explore together. Examples, not promises.

These are possibilities. Whether they fit your business and are technically feasible is something we look into first.

  • A request goes straight to the right colleague, with a follow-up task attached.
  • One schedule and one file per customer, instead of five separate lists.
  • A completed work order prepares the invoice.
  • A reminder when a quote has been open too long.
  • Order status in one place, visible to everyone.
  • A review request after a finished job, only if the customer agrees to it.

You don’t have to throw anything away. We build on what’s already there.

A website is not a requirement

Your website doesn’t have to be built or managed by us. It can deliver requests, bookings or orders. A new website or a migration is always a separate proposal, and only when it makes sense.

Your existing systems

If your CRM, ERP or accounting works well, it stays. We first look into what can technically work together. We only add the Webstability panel where it really improves the overview or the workflow. AI is an option, never an obligation.

Larger companies

We start with one team or one process and work in phases.

  • Your IT department and the process owner are at the table
  • Only the access that is really needed
  • Clear from the start: where the data lives, who owns it and how we can roll back
  • Integrations step by step, never everything at once

Questions we often get

Does my website need to be replaced?

No. Only if it makes sense, and then as a separate proposal that you decide on.

Does it work with the systems we already use?

We look into that first. We only say something can work together once we have checked it technically.

Is this also for larger companies?

Yes. We then start with one team or process and work in phases, together with your IT department.

What does it cost?

That depends on your business and on what we find. After the exploration you get a proposal with a tailored cost indication. We don’t name an amount up front that we can’t back up.

Do we have to use AI?

No. We choose what helps your team. Sometimes that is AI, often it is something simpler.

Do I need an account?

No. For a first conversation, a message through our contact form is enough.
