01

Test at the real scanning distance

A table QR is used differently from a window sticker or counter sign. Print at real size and scan from the guest’s normal position.

  1. 1Test several cameras and screen sizes.
  2. 2Keep enough clear space around the code.
  3. 3Do not place text or logos over functional modules.

02

Check light, reflection and wear

Glossy acrylic and metal can reflect; wood and PVC respond differently to cleaning and weather. Test during actual service conditions.

03

Order after the location test

Create final table and zone QR codes, scan every link, then confirm materials and quantities. A menu can change, but a printed table mismatch is expensive.
