With Website, every request from your site lands in your app as a card. You add a phone call yourself. Already have a website and only need the app? That goes through your web builder.
What about the first visit?
During signup, enter your details, company and trade. With a confirmed email address, open your workspace and begin your first task. The steps depend on your package and the details already provided. Open extra settings when you need them.

Your daily workflow with Camping
From reservation to a clean pitch.
Check stay and pitch
An option stays in a separate calendar or an extension clashes with the next booking.
Add accommodation or pitches with a guest limit and buffers. Record nights, rate version, extras and agreement; give an option an expiry time.
Confirmation and changes check capacity. Expired options cannot be confirmed as valid after all.
Register arrival deliberately
Guest details filled in are mistaken for an officially completed registration.
Prepare the guest registration for your country. Check guest, access and actual readiness on arrival.
Arrival follows local stay dates and a checked pitch. Preparing the registration is not an official submission.
Departure, cleaning and release
The stay has ended, but the accommodation is still dirty or the guest is still there.
Check actual departure, keys and condition. Tick off cleaning and inspection and record the release.
Departure leaves cleaning work. The next arrival is held back if the pitch is not ready yet.

An option expires by itself. You do not confirm an expired option by mistake after all.

Departure, cleaning and release are separate steps. Reception and the cleaning team see the same.

Stay, arrival information and price agreements stay together. When the period or accommodation changes, your business can send a current customer update. You check the preparation for the actual arrival.

What the app does not do
No full booking system, no link to booking sites, no tourist tax and no official guest registration. The app prepares your registration; submitting it remains a separate step with your municipality or the Spanish government.
