Agree who goes
Open the job and choose the day and colleague. Also fill in the start and end time, so the app can check whether that colleague already has an appointment.
Your day, with the job at hand
See your appointments in the schedule and open the job for the address and the customer's request. On Today you also see open work whose planned day has passed.
No double booking for your colleague
If the times overlap for the same colleague, you cannot save the appointment. Once it is scheduled, an email with the day, time and colleague can be ready for your customer.

You add the business panel for your trade on top of Website or Webshop, when you sign up or later in your app. It works in the same app as your website or webshop. Public booking or payment requires a separate connection.
What about the first visit?
During signup, choose your plan and the panel for your trade. With a confirmed email address, open your workspace and begin your first task. If you work differently from a ready-made panel, we discuss a custom panel.

What is included and what needs a separate link?
You schedule within a single day. Without a start and end time, the app does not check for double bookings. The email to your customer is only sent with your permission and a connected mail server. On Today (Vandaag in the app) you open a route in Google Maps along the planned addresses still to come. The app does not pick a faster order. Google Calendar and rosters with available hours are not part of this.
