A customer comes to collect their caravan while you're still among the vehicles. Where is it, and was it ready? Keep the space, the agreements and the pick-up time together. You can email the customer as soon as the caravan is ready.

Know who is where
Record the name and dimensions of each space and link the caravan and customer to it. Keep the agreed period and the approval, so you can find which space belongs to whom.
An empty space is not always free
When you record it, the app checks whether there is suitable room for the agreed period. If the customer takes the caravan out for a while, the space stays reserved as long as the contract runs.
Ready before the customer arrives
Plan the pick-up appointment and check how many vehicles you can get ready. Track what is ready and what has been handed over; an email to the customer is only sent if you give permission.

You add the business panel for your trade on top of Website or Webshop, when you sign up or later in your app. It works in the same app as your website or webshop. Public booking or payment requires a separate connection.
What about the first visit?
During signup, choose your plan and the panel for your trade. With a confirmed email address, open your workspace and begin your first task. If you work differently from a ready-made panel, we discuss a custom panel.

What is included and what needs a separate link?
You keep track yourself of what is really there. A draft agreement does not reserve a space yet; a caravan that stays after the end date still occupies that space. There is no site map, automatic price calculation, public booking site, automatic direct debit or barrier control. You note payments separately. Email needs your permission and a connected mail server.
