With Website, every request from your site lands in your app as a card. You add a phone call yourself. Already have a website and only need the app? That goes through your web builder.
What about the first visit?
During signup, enter your details, company and trade. With a confirmed email address, open your workspace and begin your first task. The steps depend on your package and the details already provided. Open extra settings when you need them.

From storage contract to collection.
Record contract and space
An empty space is promised while a running contract still gives someone the right to it.
Add spaces with their dimensions. Link customer, vehicle, period, terms and verifiable agreement.
An activated contract claims the matching space. A draft does not do that yet.
Prepare arrival and collection
The customer arrives and the vehicle is still behind other caravans.
Check vehicle, condition and keys on arrival. Plan a collection slot and tick off keys, route and condition.
Collections at the same time are checked against the capacity you set. Today shows the preparation.
Record hand-out and return
On paper the caravan is gone; nobody knows whether it comes back for a while.
Confirm the actual handover and register the return again. Extend or close the contract deliberately.
With the customer does not mean the space is free. A vehicle that is still present keeps blocking capacity, even after the contract ends.

An empty space is not always free
An active contract holds the storage space, even when the caravan is with the customer. So you do not promise it to someone else by mistake.
Collections without a queue
You see the day's collection times and how many you can handle at once.

Present, collected and contract are separate things in the app. Everyone sees the same.
Better for your customer too.
You record one collection time, with clear preparation. An update about the appointment or the vehicle that is ready can be sent after your permission. The customer does not have to start again with every colleague.
Your colleague can carry on.
An active contract keeps the space reserved while the vehicle is with the customer. Presence, contract and collection are visibly different facts. You see why a space that looks empty cannot yet be promised to a new customer.

No public booking calendar, map of your site, gate control or automatic direct debit. The app does not sign the contract for you; you record the agreement. You register amounts received yourself.
