For garages and workshops
A contact form for your garage. With the registration and the fault.
Your customer first picks what it's about: a service, a fault, tyres or damage. Then the form asks for the make, model and registration. You know what's coming before you call back.
From €250 one-off and €69 a month, excl. VAT. Cancel any month.
The questions
This is what the form asks. In four short steps.
These are the form's real questions. Feel free to use them, even if you don't need us.
What is your request about?
Service, MOT or ITV · Fault or warning light · Tyres or brakes · Damage · Something else
Tell us what's going on
Make and model · Registration · Mileage (optional) · Description: what's the problem?
How can we reach you?
Your name · Phone or WhatsApp · Email (one of the two is enough) · When would suit you? (optional)
Is this right?
Your customer sees everything once more and corrects anything that's wrong. Only then does it come to you, as a work order with a number.
Why ask more
What it does for you.
No more "which car was it again?"
Make, model and registration are on the work order. You look up parts before you call.
Fault or service, kept apart
A warning light needs different planning from an MOT. You can tell from the type of request.
Also for tourists and expats
Your customer chooses English, Spanish, German or Dutch. You see the choices on the work order in your own language.
Questions
Frequently asked.
Can I ask for the mileage?
Yes. Mileage is already in there as an optional question. Your customer can skip it; the registration and the make do matter.
Does it work alongside my garage software?
Yes. Webstability is the front door: the request comes in complete as a work order. You plan the way you're used to, and you can export everything as CSV for Excel.
What if a customer would rather call?
Then they just call. The form is for people who'd rather fill something in, at any time of day. Every work order has the phone number, so you call back in one tap.
